Jenny Luu has been DC's secret authority on skin care for over 25 years, bringing together a unique portfolio as both an advanced practice nurse and a highly trained skin care specialist. Her extensive background in clinical aesthetics is rooted in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, biology, nutrition, and nursing. Prior to opening JLSC in 2015, Jenny played integral roles in the development of several medical spas both on local and national levels, while continuing to service her large base of clients that includes celebrities, television news anchors, professional athletes, and Middle Eastern royalty. Jenny also treats countless professionals, including fellow cosmetic and non-cosmetic physicians in the medical community. Outside of JLSC, you'll often find her in a HIIT studio or in the park running as far and fast as she can. She is married to a punk musician and is proudly raising 2 city kids.

Yasamin aka "Yas" is a Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years of experience in the medical field. She is a proud graduate of Georgetown University where she received her Masters and had her fair share of Georgetown Cupcakes. Nurse Yas began her career in critical care and eventually found her home in aesthetics. She's best known for taking a natural approach to her practice by enhancing her client’s individualistic beauty and finds her greatest joy in helping clients feel their most confident. Outside of JLSC, she is a busy mother of two young girls and loves traveling and exploring new cuisines.

Nurse Samantha aka "Sam" began her career as post-surgical nurse at the Veterans Health Administration. She found a passion for aesthetics after working alongside innovative plastic surgeons and performing advanced wound care on the nation's wounded vets. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Sam believes in a conservative approach with an emphasis on prevention. Her eye for symmetry combined with meticulous skills produce results which allow her clients to feel their best at any age. She enjoys connecting with each patient on a personal level and teaching them everything about their visit. Outside of JLSC, Nurse Sam is either jet setting or checking out the city's newest restaurants.

Jason is a nationally board-certified massage therapist who brings 20+ years of therapeutic massage to JLSC. His list of clients includes athletes, professional body builders, and highly stressed or injured/rehab individuals. From 2006-2007, Jason had a column in Alternative Press magazine called “Stretching for Rock Musicians”. His talent has also taken him on the road as the official Massage Therapist on tour for metal icons The Dillinger Escape Plan. Outside of the shop, Jason is a punk rock drummer, photographer, historical preservationist, and gallery owner. He has traveled the world playing music and documenting history & culture.

Lena brings nearly 20 years of experience as a massage therapist in the U.S. and 10 years as a physical therapist in Kyrgyzstan. Outside of the shop, this kind soul loves hiking and traveling. A fun fact about Lena is that she was once an international archery competitor!

Pegg brings 20+ talented years of experience working in the aesthetic industry. Originally from Ohio, Pegg moved to North Carolina in 2000 where she began working with renowned Mohs surgeons & cosmetic dermatologists. Pegg offers a full range of care for her clients, whether it’s helping to restore a compromised skin from skin cancer or just simply getting a bride picture perfect for her big day. Her warm bedside manner and compassionate ear also lend to her high client retention rate. What makes Pegg happy at the end of the day are the relationships she’s developed with her clients and seeing them through life’s many changes. Outside of the treatment room, Pegg loves being a strong mother of 2 girls and is married to a brainiac.

Ashley has been an integral part of the JLSC family since 2015. Her 10+ years of experience in medical aesthetics is grounded in simple home care and routine facials to keep the skin clear and resilient. Ashley's all time favorite treatments include peels and Hydrafacials. Outside of the shop, she is passionate about Jeni's strawberry ice cream, traveling, and raising her two cuties.

Valeria began her passion for aesthetics in Kyrgyzstan where she studied skin care and makeup artistry. She offers a complete range of services including clinical facials, dermaplaning, and waxing. Her warm bedside manner, thoroughness, and soft touch are just some of the reasons why her clients choose her time and time again. Outside of JLSC, Valeria is a happy wife, home decorator, and mama of 2 big doggies and a bird named Selfie.

Jacqueline, aka "Jakki", brings over 20 years of aesthetic experience to JLSC. She has spent her entire career in clinical and medical aesthetics, beginning in dermatology, where she gained valuable experience and contributed to clinical trials. Additionally, she is certified in oncology aesthetics for patients undergoing cancer treatments. Jacqueline began her interest in aesthetics after she experienced a near-death accident that required her to undergo facial reconstruction. This event changed her perspective on life and ignited her desire to help others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Jacqueline’s journey is a testament to her resilience and transformation. Through her “sweet” touch, she fosters a supportive environment that empowers clients to feel confident and radiant. Outside of JLSC, Jacqueline's life revolves around her faith, family, and the joy of making others smile. She finds happiness in live music, practicing Reiki and sound bowls, and riding the Harley with her husband.

After spending over 15+ years in banking and finance, Rosanne took time off to raise her children but knew she wanted to follow a new and exciting career path. Always having a love for facials, she realized that becoming a skin care specialist was the perfect fit. Now, with over five years of experience in esthetics, Rosanne is passionate about helping her clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatments that make a real difference. One of her favorite treatments is the Hydrafacial, a versatile procedure that leaves clients with radiant, healthy skin. For Rosanne, the most fulfilling part of her work is seeing the joy on her clients' faces after a treatment—it's incredibly gratifying to help them feel more confident and rejuvenated. She values creating personal connections with her clients and is known for her calming presence, approachable nature, and sense of humor. When she’s not providing a treatment, Rosanne enjoys watching sports (especially cheering on the Phillies and Eagles), hiking, and spending quality time with her family. She’s a coffee lover, music enthusiast, and enjoys spontaneous trips to New York City.
